My Year of Darwin 9/18/2014: Human - Darwin doesn't touch it (yet)

 Charles Darwin

"You ask me whether I shall discuss "man"; I think I shall avoid the whole subject, as so surrounded with prejudices"  Charles Darwin, Letter to Alfred R. Wallace, December 1857

And so Darwin largely left out humans although he shows that he strongly believes humans are just as part of the natural world as any organism.

Thursdays Stink. Lab 8-1050, meeting 11-1, class 1-2, lab 2-450. The upshot. No class tomorrow until 1.
