"To the question why we do not find records of these vast primordial periods, I can give no satisfactory answer" Charles Darwin, Origin of Species 1st edition (on Kindle)
If only Darwin had lived long enough to have seen the Burgess Shale, discovered in 1905. I always wonder what fantastic fossils will be found after my own death. Also, what cool movies I'll miss.
Today I'm scrambling to put together an analysis on squirrel behavior. I also need to work on my own ms for Biological Conservation, edit a submitted ms, work on the intro paper, and edit a book chapter. All should be done by Sunday night. Anxiety. Anxiety. Anxiety.
